What we do

Access 360 is a concierge service. We source access to football matches and hospitality on your behalf from official suppliers, rights holders and authorised resellers. We are not a ticket exchange and we do not publish a public inventory.

Listing a fixture on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer of sale, and does not warrant that access is available. Availability is confirmed only in a written quotation.

Requests and quotations

Submitting a request places you under no obligation. We respond with a written quotation setting out the fixture, the category of access, the total price including all taxes and fees, and the period for which the quotation is valid.

Guide prices shown on this site are indicative only. Where no guide price is shown, this means a price has not yet been set for that fixture — it does not mean the fixture is unavailable. The contract is formed only when you accept a quotation and payment is received.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling or euros as stated in the quotation, inclusive of applicable VAT. Any currency conversion shown elsewhere on the site is indicative. Payment is due in full before access is secured, unless the quotation says otherwise.

Changes to fixtures

Kick-off dates and times are set by competition organisers and broadcasters and change frequently. A change of date, time or the addition of restrictions by the organiser is not a cancellation and does not by itself give rise to a refund. We will inform you as soon as we are told.

If a match is abandoned or played behind closed doors, your rights follow the policy of the organiser and the supplier. We pass on any compensation we actually recover.

Your conduct at the venue

You must comply with the ground regulations of the venue and the rules of the competition. Supporters of visiting clubs seated in home areas may be refused entry or removed by the venue. We cannot refund access lost through refusal of entry, ejection, or breach of ground regulations.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of domicile.
