Who is responsible

The data controller is the company identified at the foot of this page. You can reach us at any time about your data at the email address shown there.

What we collect

When you submit a request: your name, email address, telephone number, country, the fixture and package you are interested in, the number of guests, and anything you choose to write in the free-text fields. We record the language you used and the time of the request.

If you go on to book: the record of your quotation, your booking, and the payment reference. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or profiling, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and provide the service you asked for: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one. To send the operational messages tied to your enquiry, quotation and booking: the same basis.

To keep accounting and tax records: compliance with a legal obligation. To secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse: our legitimate interest.

Who else sees it

Suppliers and rights holders receive only what is strictly needed to secure and issue your access, such as the names of attending guests where the venue requires them. Our hosting provider, our transactional email provider and our payment provider process data on our instructions as processors.

Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for three years from our last contact with you. Booking and payment records are kept for ten years, as required by French accounting law. Staff account records are kept for as long as the account exists.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at the address at the foot of this page and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
