The cookies we set

Name: a360_staff. Purpose: keeps a member of Access 360 staff signed in to the private administration area. Lifetime: twelve hours. It is set only after a successful staff sign-in, is marked HttpOnly and Secure, and is never set for visitors browsing the public site.

Name: a360_ref. Purpose: when you arrive through an introducer’s link (access360.vip/r/…), it records that introducer’s reference, so that a request you go on to make is credited to them. Lifetime: ninety days. It holds that reference and nothing else — no identifier for you, no record of the pages you view. It is set only if you arrive through such a link, is marked HttpOnly and Secure, is read only by this site, is never shared with anyone, and is never used to follow you across other sites.

Why there is no cookie banner

Under the ePrivacy rules as applied in France by the CNIL, two kinds of cookie are exempt from consent: those strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested, and measurement kept strictly to the site’s own needs. The staff sign-in cookie is the first. The introducer cookie is the second — it is set only when you deliberately follow an introducer’s link, it is read only by us, it builds no profile and follows you nowhere else. We set nothing beyond these two, so there is nothing for you to consent to, and no banner to click away.

Third parties

The public pages of this site load no third-party scripts. If you are taken to a payment page to settle a quotation, the payment provider may set its own strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention on its own pages; that is governed by their policy, not ours.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you view and delete cookies. Deleting a360_staff simply signs a staff member out. Deleting a360_ref means only that no introducer will be credited if you go on to make a request. Nothing you can do on the public site depends on either, so blocking cookies entirely will not stop you browsing or submitting a request.
